人の話の聴き方が上手い人には共通する特徴があって、それは列記するとこのようなことだと思う。

　１．人の話をおもしろがって聞く。

　２．なにか広がりそうなところがあると、そこを聞いてみる。

　３．相手がなにを話しても、攻撃的にならず、たしなめ方が上手い。

　４．自分の話もするのだけど、それはあくまで対比としてする。

　５．自分の話をするときは、たいてい、一歩下がった位置でおもしろおかしい失敗譚が多い。

　６．相手が話したがりそうなところを見つけるのが上手い。

　７．話し手を全肯定する。

　８．ちょっとぐらい矛盾があってもつっこまない。

　９．相手の話を否定しない。

　etc……

　これってなんなのだろうと考えると、ホスト・ホステスの話の聴き方に近い。

　ひとことで言えば、話し手を主役にするのが上手い人なのだと気付いた。
